Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant needs 7 to 10 years experience.
Senior Accountant requires:
hybrid between remote and onsite..
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field
Masters degree in business administration and/or CPA Certification Preferred (If Bachelor is not in Accounting, Masters degree in Accounting is required)
7 to 10 years experience.
Must be organized and detail-oriented, possess a systems background, flexible, able to work independently, have strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills, and have worked in a medium to the large corporate environment.
Understands and can apply accounting concepts
Comfortable with and able to utilize computer technology Microsoft Excel (advanced) a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to thrive and respond in a fast-paced environment Analytical thinking skills
Change leadership the ability to identify and implement change, complete projects and transformation-related programs across multiple organizations/functions, and the ability to lead a team through these changes.
Experience with ERP ledgers systems is preferred (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, NetSuite)

Senior Accountant duties:
Oversee implementation of Oracle Cloud including testing,
Document and/or review of business processes,
Train employees on Cloud and changes in business processes,
Comply with Internal controls and best practices,
Initiate process improvements to increase the efficiency of financial close and accuracy of financial accounts,
Provide information for auditors, and
Special projects.
