Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking an Accountant / Bookkeeper to serve as a key contributor within the accounting group of a rapidly growing residential development firm in Santa Rosa, CA.

The ideal individual we are seeking would have 5+ years of experience in performing day to day operations of the accounting functions; processing all accounts receivables, payables, ensuring general ledger compliance, making bank deposits, job cost reconciliations and assisting in financial reporting as related to month/year end closings for a residential and/or commercial development firm.

The Accountant / Bookkeeper will work with senior leadership team in maintaining financial control within the organization responsible for GL functions and executing day to day operations of corporate accounting; processing all accounts receivables, payables coding invoices, recording sales transactions/bank deposits and ensuring general ledger accounts are debited / credited accordingly. The Accountant will additionally be called upon to provide administrative support to estimating and project
management teams, as well as, work with the controller in designing/implementing all processes, procedures and regulatory compliance initiatives within the accounting department.

Requires a Associates Degree in accounting and/or related industry experience. Must have excellent written/verbal communications abilities. Experience with QuickBooks and advanced accounting softwares required.
