Description:

Provide mentoring and coaching to Business Analysts, with an emphasis on developing BA technical competencies. Assist in the hiring of Business Analysts and provides performance feedback for annual reviews and development plans.
Provide input to the competency level and number of Business Analysts required on projects. Provide project requirements consulting and assist in the formulation and validation of the requirements strategy. Provide project requirements assessment prior to stakeholder reviews and/or Inspections to determine adherence to the Requirements Management Methodology. Identify and develop other portfolio Requirements Architects. Serve as liaison, educator and change agent between the portfolios and lines of business with regards to the Requirements Management Methodology. Develop, maintain and communicate the Requirements Management Methodology, including best practices, templates, tools, techniques, guidelines and training. Remain current with the industry and seek out new concepts, tools and techniques by participating in Industry organizations, conferences and forums. Consistently demonstrate expertise in the processes, standards, methodologies and tools employed in completing analysis activities. Provides formal and informal training to Business Analysts and Requirements Management Methodology stakeholders. Provide feedback on the Business Analyst job description and yearly goals and objectives. Provide input to key metrics used to measure effectiveness of the RMM and BA competencies. These metrics will be used as measures of the RA effectiveness. Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to quickly understand business issues and develop detailed recommendations. Consistently exhibit corporate values and operating principles.
