Description:

Direct and review the activities involving complex environmental,latent and asbestos claims, including resolution of coverage issues and establishment of adequate reserves.

Must have experience assigning and controlling work of defense counsel, locating expert witnesses, and designing and executing defense and indemnity contracts, evaluation of liability and damages, settlement conferences, and proper allocation of indemnity and expenses over applicable years of coverages and to appropriate corresponding carriers.
