Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst works under the direction of the Director of inance. He/she performs duties involved in compiling, analyzing and reporting the financial performance of departmental operating units. This position also assists with developing the annual operational and capital budget. The Financial Analyst consistently demonstrates the core values of Enloe Medical Center and serves as a role model to other employees.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent required. MBA or graduate degree desired. Health care Accounting/Finance experience desired. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant desired. The Financial Analyst must have good communication skills with the ability to communicate complex financial analysis and principals to non-financial constituents. Strong analytical skills are required to provide assistance with departmental financial performance review, budget preparations, and other special projects. Must have the ability to interpret financial, statistical and operational data. Must have strong
computer skills and experienced with spreadsheet, word processing,
and database applications.
