Advisory Services professionals strive to help clients improve business performance comply with regulatory requirements and achieve sustainable value over time. Our approach incorporates the balancing of risk and control considerations with the more traditional performance and cost factors.
These professionals help organizations enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of critical in-house governance, internal audit and compliance functions. They are focused on internal audit that will help strengthen/supplement client internal audit functions across industries primarily through strategic sourcing. They also perform risk assessments and risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits of key business processes.

Responsibilities:
? Provide high quality professional day-to-day management of internal audit and related advisory engagements focused on risk and controls
? Manage and establish client relationships and expectations
? Assist with service offering development and opportunity creation for such service offerings
? Help further develop internal audit methodologies, tools and technology enablers

Qualifications:
? BS degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited college/university
? CPA or CIA
? Experience leading a significant external audit or internal outsourcing engagement, or experience as the Internal Audit Director of a large organization, public accounting firm or Big Four company
? Eight years of recent internal or external audit experience with project or team lead experience
? Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
? Good managerial, administrative, risk management and mentoring skills
? Willing and able to travel
? Business development and presentation skills
