Description:

The Business Analyst III facilitates, elicits, analyzes, documents and manages requirements for client projects. Ensures business justification for projects and works to elicit and document business needs, product features, functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements that ultimately met the business justification. Responsible for managing all requirements through design, development, testing and implementation. Consults with business partners; facilitates and leads the LOB to solve business problems. Through collaboration this individual will build alliances with project leaders, clients, operations, vendors and other IS Teams to define and manages the requirements through the requirements management process and entire project life cycle. Project allocation may be across multiple large, complex initiatives. Required to provide mentoring of other Business Analysts through hands on training and individual guidance as needed. The mentoring is specific to requirements methodology.
