Description:

- Senior Business Analyst with Banking experience
- Ability to build a Vision or business case for a project
- Ability to define and manage scope of requirements
- Must have used some sort of requirements management tool, and/or a tool for modeling (Rational suite is preferable, but not mandatory)
Modeling: MS Visio or Rational Software Modeler
- Ability to take high-level needs (business requirements) and break those into system requirements (functional and non-functional) either through use cases and supplemental specifications or functional decomposition/structured analysis.
Traditional Requirements Specification Document (RSD) + Requirements Spreadsheet for Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
Traditional Requirements Specification Document (RSD) + Use Cases and Supplemental Specifications (Manual or using Rational Requisite Pro)
- Ability to model requirements using process flows, process maps, activity diagrams, swim lane diagrams, etc.
- Ability to write requirements specification documents
- Strong communications skills; Team oriented
- Exposure to Six Sigma tools and techniques

Financial Services Experience
