Overview :
This newly created position will work closely with the Director of Financial Operations to ensure timely completion of all corporate objectives and tasks within the Financial Operations department. This position will manage and have a comprehensive knowledge of the Order Control, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable departments and wholesale customer data management tools and processes. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing areas of responsibilities to ensure accurate financial close and forecasting results.

Responsibilities :

Customer scorecard monitoring of major wholesale activity, including new process creation
Responsible for the administration, security, testing and validation of the third party sales and inventory reporting tool
Lead BI development and rollout for all areas within the Financial Operations department
SAP strategy, planning and integration for new and existing modules
Lead and drive to completion enhanced management reporting tools, reports and analysis
Prepare and review monthly Management Summary
Work closely with Internal and External Audit teams and Finance management to ensure successful coordination and compliance with SOX 404 requirements
Create and update policies and procedures on assigned duties
Coordination of monthly and quarterly closes
Prepare ad-hoc analyses as needed
Provide assistance and management of various corporate endeavors including integration planning for potential acquisitions and assisting with new product launches
Provide leadership to direct reports to support overall department goals and development of personnel
Ensure all daily operational duties within AR, AP, OC and sales analysis and administration are performed timely and accurately at all times.

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
Total of 7-10 years of professional accounting work experience required
Experience 3-6 years in managing an accounting or financial analysis department required
Experience working in a rapidly changing, fast paced and deadline driven environment
SAP experience strongly preferred
