Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Associate will support the Assistant Controller and the rest of the accounting team by managing the payables and cash processes and assisting in the accounting of approximately 40+ entities. Specific responsibilities include oversight of the following:
Manage the Accounts Payable process (Code and enter all invoices and ensure timely payment is made)
Monitor daily cash balances and forecast future cash needs.
Assist in month-end closing process

Requirements needed
Associates Degree in Accounting
2+ Years of accounts payable/accounting experience
Experience reconciling investment statements, and working with multiple entities and inter-company accounts
